Pricing for Capital Collections, Inc.’s services are as follows:

20% for all third party pay referrals and referrals of more than $100.00 and less than 6 months old.

33 1/3 % for all referrals under $100.00 and less than 12 months old and for all referrals older than 6 months but less than 12 months and more than $100.00.

40% for all accounts more than 12 months old regardless of dollar amount.

Age of accounts is determined by the date services or supplies were last provided.
